I, Stephen Paul Weber, being of sound mind do write, sign, and publish this will and testament, and do so without coercion on this the 221st day of the year 2010.  I intend this document to supersede any wills, testaments, and codicils that predate it.

== Executor ==

As executor of my wishes as laid out in this document, I name the Reverend Timothy Alfred Harden.  Should he be unavailable to perform this duty, I name my uncle by blood, Daniel Lawrence Arnold.

== Disposal of Remains ==

I request that the smallest possible resources be expended in the disposal of my remains, and any misguided attempts at memorial.

== Digital Legacy ==

The means to access my digital properties have been jointly given to Denver Wade Gingerich and Christopher Andrew Vollick, as well as possibly to other persons.  These persons must be located so that access to my digital properties may be facilitated.  A notice of my death should appear on the homepage of my website, and a message should go out on my microblog(s).  I would request that accounts be frozen if possible, but not deleted.  Marking things clearly to show that they are archives of content by a deceased person is desirable, but the content should remain up.  If necessary, some of my material property may go towards keeping the content available, but avoiding long-term costs would be preferred, such as by storing content in the Internet Archive.

== Intellectual Property ==

Upon my death I hereby grant to every person a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent/copyright/trademark license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, transfer, and otherwise run, modify and propagate all of my patented/copyrighted/trademarked works.

== Material Legacy ==

All remaining material property I leave to my brother by blood, Daniel Joseph Weber, to deal with it without restriction.  Should he be unable to receive the property, either through death or coma, I leave all material property to my legal cousin Lyndsey Trena Heng, to deal with it without restriction.
