@jrodgers Why do you think people are leaving? Company underpays in cash hoping stock will make it up and right now it doesn’t.

@jrodgers Sure, but in this case the players are *forced* to bet on their team and half or more of their comp is in the winnings.

@jrodgers Except that companies like SHOP tout ‘total comp’ as though the stock is part of your salary, so it directly affect’s the player’s interests.
