@jrodgers in our market rent is so much cheaper that put the savings in the market and you’ll have liquid wealth in no time. Saw a whole house for 2.4k/month the other day. Can’t buy for that, plus save all the maintenance etc

@jrodgers even if you are willing to gamble on the housing market, few can ever access that upside responsibly. 30k in equity market over same period gives more stable growth and liquidity
