@jrodgers Right, but most people who sell a house have to buy another in the same market. You only win if you do market arbitrage or know how to remortgage *very* responsibly

@jrodgers in our market rent is so much cheaper that put the savings in the market and you’ll have liquid wealth in no time. Saw a whole house for 2.4k/month the other day. Can’t buy for that, plus save all the maintenance etc
